• Hand Wash & Dry – Each vehicle is carefully washed using a pH-neutral, ceramic-safe soap to prevent damage and maintain a high-gloss finish. We use a microfiber hand wash method to safely lift dirt and grime without scratching delicate surfaces.
• Wheels & Tires Cleaned & Dressed – Brake dust, road grime, and built-up dirt are removed from the wheels and tires to prevent long-term damage. Tires are dressed with a non-greasy, UV-protectant finish to restore a clean, polished look.
• Glass Cleaned – All windows and mirrors are meticulously cleaned inside and out for a streak-free, crystal-clear finish, improving both aesthetics and driver visibility.
• Spray Wax Application – The exterior is treated with a protective spray wax to enhance shine, provide added protection, and help maintain a freshly detailed appearance.

• Interior Vacuum – A thorough yet gentle vacuuming of seats, carpets, mats, and the trunk area removes dirt, dust, and small debris, keeping the interior fresh and tidy.
• Interior Wipe Down – Dashboards, center consoles, and door panels are carefully wiped down to remove dust, fingerprints, and minor spills, ensuring a clean and polished interior.
• Trash Removal – Any debris, wrappers, or loose trash are cleared out, ensuring the cabin stays neat and presentable.

At Devoted Detailing, we are committed to providing high-quality fleet maintenance services to keep your business vehicles clean and professional. By enrolling in our Fleet Maintenance Plan, you agree to the following terms:

• Each vehicle must receive an initial Signature Detail, Devoted Touch, Paint Correction, or Ceramic Coating before enrolling.
• Newly purchased vehicles within 90 days may qualify without prior service.
• Heavily soiled or neglected vehicles may require an initial deep cleaning at an additional cost.

• Services are pre-scheduled based on your chosen frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
• A minimum of 5 vehicles is required to qualify for fleet pricing; additional vehicles can be added at any time.
• Payments are due at the time of service. A 3.5% processing fee applies for card payments.
• Monthly invoicing is available upon request.
• 24-hour notice is required for reschedules or cancellations.

• Vehicles must be accessible and available for service at the scheduled time.
• Personal items should be removed before service.
• Vehicles must remain in maintainable condition—excessive dirt, pet hair, or stains may require additional services at extra cost.

• Plans can be modified or canceled with a 14-day notice.
• We may reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Devoted Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or lost items during service.
• Services are designed to maintain your vehicle’s condition but do not guarantee protection against all wear and tear.
