Exterior Services
- Hand Wash & Dry: Hand washed with pH-neutral, ceramic-safe soap and microfiber to maintain a high-gloss finish and prevent scratches.
- Wheels & Tires Cleaned & Dressed: Brake dust and grime removed; tires dressed with UV-protectant finish for a polished look.
- Glass Cleaned: Windows and mirrors cleaned inside and out for a streak-free, clear finish.
- Spray Wax Application: Protective spray wax applied to enhance shine and provide added protection.
Interior Services
- Interior Vacuum: Seats, carpets, mats, and trunk areas vacuumed to remove dirt and debris.
- Interior Wipe Down: Dashboards, center consoles, and door panels wiped to remove dust and minor spills.
- Trash Removal: Any trash or debris removed to keep the cabin neat.
- Air Freshener: Air freshener applied for a clean, fresh scent.

MONTHLY SERVICE
Best for fleets with lower usage but still require routine upkeep.

Fleet Maintenance Plan Terms & Conditions
At Devoted Detailing, we’re dedicated to providing top-tier fleet maintenance services to keep your business vehicles looking professional and spotless. By enrolling in our Fleet Maintenance Plan, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Eligibility & Enrollment
- Each vehicle must first receive a Signature Detail, Devoted Touch, Paint Correction, or Ceramic Coating before enrolling.
- New vehicles within 90 days may qualify without prior service.
Service Scheduling & Payment
- Services are pre-scheduled based on your chosen frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
- A minimum of 5 vehicles is required to qualify for fleet pricing. Additional vehicles can be added at any time.
- Payments are due at the time of service. A 3.5% processing fee applies for card payments.
- Monthly invoicing is available upon request.
- 24-hour notice is required for reschedules or cancellations.
Client Responsibilities
- Vehicles must be accessible and available for service at the scheduled time.
- Personal items should be removed before service.
- Vehicles must remain in a maintainable condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, or stains during the plan duration may require additional services at an extra cost. If the vehicle is heavily dirty at the time of service, we can offer a deeper cleaning at a discounted rate.
Modifications & Cancellations
- Plans can be modified or canceled with a 14-day notice.
- We may reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Liability & Limitations
- Devoted Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or lost items during service.
- Services are designed to maintain your vehicle’s condition but do not guarantee protection against all wear and tear.
