Booking Your Appointment: Choose a service you are interested in & contact us via cal/text/dm to get your appointment scheduled. Detail appointments require a 24-hour notice, and paint correction or ceramic coatings require a 3-5 Day notice.
Appointment Deposit and Confirmation: A non-refundable deposit payment of $30 for all details or 25% for all paint correction or ceramic coatings is required for all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
Payment: We accept all cash, major debit and credit cards, or business checks (at our discretion). Deposits are required for ALL appointments (see cancellation policy for refund). Payments using debit or credit cards will be charged a 3.5% processing fee on top of the service total.
Cancellation/Rescheduling: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit. Appointment cancellations must be given at least 24 hours from the time of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your deposit. The exceptions to this policy are due to inclement weather or if agreed upon with our team.
